Lovely quiet and well-priced place with consistently courteous staff who went out of their way to help. the staff even printed a Vietnam visa for free upon request. - Good location next to the Vietnam embassy and in a quiet street. - Conveniently situated next to the Phosi market, nature, and restaurants.

Everything was simply great. My twin room had modern conveniences, including coffee and an air conditioner. Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was good.

Fairly clean hotel with superfriendly and accommodating staff and handy location just next door to center, restaurants, and all the temples, museum, spa or bars. Well-designed rooms with own bath, food delicious! Very nice experience there.

Room was a bit tight and lacked cupboard space.There was a coplete cock up over the bus tickets and we came close to missing the bus. Suggest you go to travel agent not hotel for travel needs.

Our hotel room was airy and neat with a view. The property was a short walk to downtown and the night market. Joy's Restaurant is just minutes away from the hotel, making it convenient for lunch.

the location was good and handy, just a short walk away from mount phousi. the hotel was in a central area, adjacent to most things, the beautiful surroundings, and manda de laos- best and most beautiful restaurant.

Staff very helpfull, I arrived at 0530 and they found a room for me to use, after a nightmare journey they were very helpfull.

A few slamming doors and raised voices from guests in the room below mine, but nothing too serious
